Meet the partners
Three organisations. One shared commitment to inclusive youth work.
RISE brings together complementary experience from Finland, Estonia, and Greece. Each partner contributes local knowledge, practical methods, and a commitment to meaningful participation.
Finland
Valo-Valmennusyhdistys
Valo-Valmennusyhdistys supports people in vulnerable situations through education, rehabilitation, coaching, and creative learning. Its work helps participants strengthen everyday-life skills, confidence, and pathways toward education and employment.
Within RISE, Valo contributes experience in inclusive support, practical youth work, project coordination, and creating environments where participants can progress at their own pace.
Greece
Freedom Gate Greece
Freedom Gate Greece works with vulnerable young people through creative and rehabilitative programmes. Its approach uses participation and expression to strengthen personal development, connection, and social inclusion.
The organisation brings RISE practical experience in supporting young people facing barriers and in equipping professionals with adaptable, creative approaches to empowerment and wellbeing.
Estonia
VitaTiim
VitaTiim empowers young people through non-formal learning, volunteering, and international youth work. Its activities promote active participation, inclusion, intercultural learning, and equal opportunities.
In RISE, VitaTiim contributes experience in participatory learning, youth engagement, international cooperation, and turning shared learning into accessible activities and resources.
How we work together
Local knowledge, shared development
The partnership is designed as a learning community. Methods and ideas are not simply transferred from one country to another; they are discussed, tested, adapted, and improved together.
Regular coordination keeps the project focused, while partner meetings and workshops create space for deeper exchange. Each organisation connects the European partnership with young people and professionals in its own community, ensuring that the work responds to real situations and different local contexts.
